Frequently Asked Questions

Your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Myanmar, China, India, USA, Singapore, Philippines, etc. Our global suppliers can always provide tracking numbers for United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia (unless the product is free)🌎

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your order will generally take between 7-20 business days to arrive.If you cannot wait that long, please do not order.  Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, your products are on their way. 🚀

How much is shipping?

Depending on where your product is being shipped, prices in shipping may vary but on average it is 5.95 USDFor Orders $50 and over, we do not charge for shipping. 

    What is the shop currency? 

    Our shop currency is set to default in USD 

      How long is order processing? 

      Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. That means it will take 2-5 business days to get your item out the door. But please note, if your item is eligible for a tracking code, tracking information may be sent to you shortly after your items have been shipped - please allow up to 7 days to receive your product tracking information. 

          I got my tracking information, but it doesn't seem to be working?

          For some of the companies we use to ship, tracking is only available once the parcel has reached the destination country. If your item isn't yet trackable, please check back and it should be available for viewing shortly - no longer than 15 days from the order date. Please note free items are ineligible for tracking. 

            How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

              This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.
              • Orders within the USA generally takes 7-28 business days& International make take up to 40 business days. Please allow up to 5 weeks for free items to arrive. If they do not arrive after 6 weeks, please inform us and we will be happy to issue a full refund for the price of goods.

              Can I have a tracking number?

              All orders (unless free items) will be given a tracking number via email after your item has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your tracking information as some of our shipment partners only provide tracking once in the destination country.

                I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

                We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house,
                when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way 🚀

                  What is your refund policy?

                  We understand that buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely zero risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't love it, no hard feelings we'll make it right!
                  If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, we will do whatever to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase! 
                  • If all else fails, return it within 30 days of receiving your product for a refund!
                  • Contact us at so we can make sure you're a happy camper, however we can. We're always happy to help 🙂 
                      • If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, please contact us so our customer service team can assist you.
                      • If you receive the wrong item other than the order you placed (Oops! Sorry - We're only human🙈 ), we will send you out the correct item!
                      • **Please note: We do not do returns or refunds on promotional items or free plus shipping items.
